My review

I do not take one week to read a book normally, but it was a challenge for me to read that much in English. The good thing is it is four books in one, so I was taking a little break before getting into the next one. I recommend to read them in order since many characters are coming back. If you really want to understand the adventure and not miss something important, it is better not to skip anything and be concentrate. There is so many details, that I had to drink coffee, so I would not forget what I just read.

It is hard for me to choose my favorite character, because most of the female characters are strong and do not let their man telling what to do (If you do not count the intimate scenes) and most of the male character were interesting and would do everything to protect their women.

I have a little preference for LeeLee, since she had to deal with her human and wolf side more than everyone else. Not that the other stories were not interesting, but LeeLee was a bit different. I had the feeling that Book 1 and 2 were almost the same, so I was glad it was not the same pattern for the last character.

I do not know if it is because he was an alpha, but if I must choose my favorite male, I will go for Kellen. I like he was calling Laikyn " Mon chaton ", I thought it was a cute nickname.

If you never read a story with werewolves, I will recommend that you start with this one. Maybe I will suggest to start with the book 1 and not this booklet if you do not know the author, so you can get an idea if you like it or not, but I think the reader can get attached at the characters.

If he’d taken the time to truly have known her, Xan would’ve realized she graduated at the top of her class in high school, and went to university on academic scholarships. However, she made her bed and now she was having to deal with it. (p.144)

The only woman he wanted was a tall read temptress who didn’t seem to want him back. Sure, he could order her to come to him, but that wasn’t what he wanted. Kellen wanted her to want him the way he wanted and nodded her. A mirthless laugh broke free. " Isn’t it ironic? The woman I want, is so far out of my reach, she might as well be on another planet. " (p. 304)

" Did you say Fey ? Like little beings with pointy ears and wings? " Damn! His world was getting all kinds of messed up.
